With her snow-white hull, numerous sails and teak superstructure, the Willem Barentsz is a majestic sight. This top sail schooner is finished in every detail. In the deckhouse is the cosy bar and below deck are two more saloons with a warm teak interior. On deck, you can enjoy SAIL in luxury on one of the benches.

In 2025, SAIL returns after 10 years with a triple anniversary: the most spectacular edition ever! Together, we will celebrate the 10th edition of the largest freely accessible event in the Netherlands, 50 years of SAIL and the 750th anniversary of our capital city. In the nautical setting of international Tall Ships and thousands of boats, 2.3 million visitors will gather from 20 to 24 August 2025. The IJ harbour will be coloured orange and up to the NDSM wharf you will experience 5 days of fraternisation and top entertainment on the water. You have to be there!
