Cathedral on sea
The Mercedes is a brig: a sailing ship with two masts, fully rigged. With its sailing area of 900 m² divided over 18 sails the ship reaches a speed of up to 16 knots. Built according to the European directive for passenger ships, the ship meets the highest safety standards. For maneuvering and wind, the Mercedes is equipped with a strong V16 main engine.The ship has a large restaurant below deck and a ship’s bar with lounge in the deck house. The interior is finished with mahogany, black leather seats and polished brass. The crew on board is professional and very hospitable.
The Mercedes is present at all major maritime festivals in Europe. Its sailing area stretches from Poland along the North European coast and the Atlantic Ocean to the Mediterranean Sea.
