The J.R.Tolkien is a beautiful top sail schooner with salon, bar and large sun deck.

The J.R. Tolkien offers you the opportunity to spend a wonderful day on the water for your business or private meeting up to 90 people with all comfort. The salon has an inviting atmosphere with warm, harmonious colors, tastefully decorated and covered with wood paneling. Part of the salon is a stylish bar with piano. We also offer an extensive drinks menu and many coffee specialties.

There is ample room on the main deck and on the top decks. Take a lazy chair or couch with a drink, possibly under our sun tent. Spend the day floating in the crowded IJhaven.

There is no other nautical event in the world where there is so much to see on the water as during SAIL. The atmosphere during this big event is always excellent and despite the large crowds impressively relaxed.

Naturally, in addition to day trips, The J.R. Tolkien can also be booked for longer trips for up to 30 people, in comfortable cabins with shower and toilet.
